By accessing our site or submitting an inquiry for wholesale, contract, or Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Commercial & B2B Scope
LIVSIMPLE operates primarily as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and Original Contract Manufacturer (OCM). Our catalog, program terms, and pricing representations on this site are tailored exclusively for professional trade accounts—including interior designers, registered architects, furniture distributors, hospitality groups, and retail buyers. We do not provide direct retail consumer fulfillment through this inquiry platform.
2. Trade Inquiries, Quotations & MOQs
Submission of an inquiry via our Trade Inquiry Form does not establish a binding contract of sale. All production volumes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), custom finish feasibility, and freight estimates provided via initial electronic correspondence are non-binding budgetary estimates until formalized in a countersigned Purchase Order (PO) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
3. Intellectual Property & Designs
All trademarks, wordmarks ("LIVSIMPLE"), logos, photography, styling renders, and editorial layouts displayed on this website are the proprietary property of LIVSIMPLE or licensed for our commercial use. Reproduction, syndication, or redistribution of our catalog designs or lifestyle photography without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
For private-label contract manufacturing (OCM) and custom design development (ODM), intellectual property ownership rights, exclusivity windows, and manufacturing molds are governed by individual client contracts.
4. Product Specifications & Natural Materials
Because our furniture collections incorporate solid wood (such as walnut and oak), hand-finished joinery, and natural textiles (such as linen and bouclé), slight organic variations in wood grain, color tone, and weave texture are natural characteristics of premium craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
5. Limitation of Liability
This website and its digital content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to maintain accurate catalog data and lead time estimates, LIVSIMPLE shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, unconfirmed specifications, or transmission delays.
